RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Berkowits Hair and Skin Clinic maintains strict hygiene and quality standards. For this reason, we accept returns only under specific conditions.

Eligible for Return/Replacement:

You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving the product only if:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product
  • The product delivered is incorrect (different from what you ordered)

To initiate a return, you must:

  1. Inform us within 72 hours of delivery via email or customer care
  2. Provide clear unboxing video + images showing the issue
  3. Keep the product unused, with all original packaging and labels

Once validated, we will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable). If reverse pickup is not available, the customer may need to self-ship the product.

Not Eligible for Return:

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products
  • Products without original packaging, seal, or batch number
  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect storage by the customer
  • Products purchased during special discounts or final sale events
  • Services or digital products
