Return & Replacement Window
You may request a return or replacement within 24 hours of delivery (as per courier tracking timestamp).
To initiate a request, email inquiry@berkowits.in with:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear images/videos as proof
Requests raised beyond 24 hours will not be considered.
Eligible Cases
Returns or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is incorrect
- Product has a verified manufacturing defect
All requests are subject to verification and approval.
Product Condition Requirements
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- All labels, seals, and invoice must be intact
- Product must match the condition shown in the submitted proof
Non-Returnable Categories
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Opened or used personal care / beauty products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Sale items and gift cards
Approval & Verification
All requests undergo a quality check process.
Approval is based on:
- Evidence shared by the customer
- Nature of the issue reported
- Product condition
- Internal validation checks
We reserve the right to approve or reject any request after review.
Return Process
If your request is approved:
- You will receive instructions on how to return the product
- In select cases, we may arrange a pickup or provide a return label
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Reverse Shipping
- Customers may be required to self-ship the product
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged product)
Replacements
- Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement of the same product
- Replacement is subject to product availability
Misuse & Policy Enforcement
To prevent misuse:
- Repeated or suspicious requests may be declined
- Returns may be rejected if the product is found used, altered, or inconsistent with the claim
