Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed for:

• Returns approved under our Return & Replacement Policy
• Orders cancelled as per applicable cancellation terms (if any)

All refunds are subject to inspection and approval.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of the approval or rejection

If approved:

• Refund will be processed within 10 business days

Mode of Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. However, in certain cases, we may offer:

• Store credit, or
• Replacement instead of refund

This will depend on the nature of the request and internal evaluation.

Refund Timelines

• Processing time: up to 10 business days after approval
• Additional time may be taken by your bank/payment provider

Important Notes

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds will not be issued for:
• Used or opened products
• Requests failing quality checks
• Requests raised beyond the defined window
