Directions For Use: 

1. For best results, store the Ice Globes in a refrigerator at least 60 - 90 minutes before use.

2. Use 2-3 times a week.

3. Place the ice globes on your face, one on each side of the face. Gently sweep in an upward and outward motion. Roll the ice globe at least 6 - 9 times in each area. Pause the ice globe on areas with inflammation or redness in order to calm it down.

4. Neck - Sweep the ice globe from the bottom of your neck moving upwards, against gravity.

5. Face - Sweep from the center of your chin moving out to the ear lobe. Sweep underneath your cheekbone towards your hairline.

6. Under eye - Very gently sweep under the eye moving towards the midline.

7. Forehead - Sweep up from the eyebrows to the hairline.
